The Fess Parker Family

When Fess Parker purchased the 714-acre Foxen Canyon Ranch in 1988, his dream was to start a family business that future generations would want to be a part of, expand upon and ultimately make their own. Fess passed away in 2010 but the businesses he founded remain in good hands with second and third generation family members stepping up and taking the reins. His wish to remain family owned and operated is alive and well.

The Fess Parker Family Portfolio

Our hospitality portfolio is anchored by the Fess Parker Winery, which was established in 1989. Distributed nationally and internationally, the winery, with its highly trained team of tasting room consultants and gracious terrace and grounds, is a top destination for visitors to Santa Barbara Wine Country. Our Fesstivity and Epiphany wines can be enjoyed in the heart of Los Olivos at the Bubble Shack and the Epiphany tasting room respectively.

In 1998 the Inn in Los Olivos was purchased, renovated, and positioned as the destination of choice for visitors in search of a more luxurious wine country experience.

Located in the city of Santa Barbara, Third Window Brewing was founded in 2016 by Fess’s grandson, Kristopher Parker, who shared a love of Belgian-style beers with his grandfather.
